Your Impact as an SLP
As an SLP, youll assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, and communication disorders. Youll develop individualized therapy plans, collaborate with IEP teams, provide targeted interventions, and track student progress. Your work will help students improve their communication abilities, social skills, and overall academic participation.
Required Qualifications Georgia
To qualify for this role in Georgia, candidates must have:

A Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders

Active Georgia SLP license from the Georgia Board of Examiners

Hold or be eligible for a Georgia Professional Standards Commission (GaPSC) certificate

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred

Must meet district-specific background check and fingerprinting requirements
